In the book he talks about a technique called the Rule of 5. The purpose of this technique is to help you build momentum by ensuring that you do at least 5 things everyday, no matter how small, to move you closer to accomplishing your major goal.
Consider this, if you apply this technique to writing a book - you would be able to complete a 150 page book in approx. 1 month by writing at least 5 pages everyday.
Think about how much you could accomplish if you did 5 things everyday to accomplish your goals - you would be UNSTOPPABLE!!
